Our mugs are designs will be permanent and safe for top rack dishwasher use. The images will not rub, peel, or scratch off like vinyl or markers, making these mugs a hassle-free gift.

I package all of my mugs safely and sturdily but in the event that you receive a damaged mug, please email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the package and damaged mug to get a replacement.
